Return & Exchange Process

2Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

3Package the Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.

4Ship the Item

Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
