  • Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all swimwear (such as Active Swimsuits, Bandeau Swimsuits, Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, Bra Sized Swimsuits, One Pieces, and Swim Dresses) and intimate apparel like Active Bottoms and Active Tops. We make exceptions only if these items are defective or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Personalized or Altered Items: Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
